Tue Lam in Dusseldorf

Ordered via Lieferando. Called after over 2.5 hours. Allegedly the "Lieferandobox" is broken, although I received the confirmation from Lieferando that the order was received in the restaurant. Employee tries to talk his way out somehow. I had already paid and should just contact the provider. Very bad service, no food delivery, no information! That is not how it works!

The food tastes very good there, and the selection is also right. A real disadvantage, however, is that you can only pay in cash there. In winter it is better to heat.

Have ordered from Lieferando. The food came about 20 minutes later than advertised. When I called to ask, they could tell me the exact delivery time and it was. The supplier was very nice. The food was hot, delicious, and an adequate portion. Gladly again!!!

Today was the first time. Well, we waited a long time for our food, although nothing was going on. There were three of us and 1 meal was given out completely wrong. But with a waiter who hardly understands German, no wonder. We had 3 different meals, mine tasted burnt and the other two were floating in sauce. And the floor outside should also be renewed, as there is a risk of tripping! As always, it's a matter of taste but unfortunately takes some getting used to for us.

Ordered online when no food arrived after 2 hours (60-70 minutes are given) called and not even got a German-speaking employee. The misery was addressed in English and after two pronounced "sorry" words, they just hung up. Otherwise freshly prepared and also very tasty on site and friendly staff. Will definitely not be ordered anymore.

Staff tries hard. Waiting times for drinks / food very long! We brought the right food, but wrong drinks. Food is worse than the average fast food in Asia. The ambience is not right at all: the terrace floor is broken and full of stumbling blocks, the table was only wiped clean after our request, the furniture is very tattered. Corona measures in gastronomy are NOT used here. We do not recommend the restaurant.

Spontaneously visited this place. The choice of dishes was for. The food served was delicious. Good service.

There were four of us and we ordered starters and main courses. After a very long wait, a wrong main course is served. This was followed by an absolutely disrespectful dealings with us as customers. The waiter repeated several times that HE had received the order correctly and WE had ordered incorrectly. He rolls his eyes, shakes his head. His boss doesn't want to take the dish back and doesn't even speak to us. An impossible service! Making a mistake is not the problem, but it is impossible to do so because of € 8.90!

I went to this restaurant two times during my stay in Angermund. It's a very poor experience for the second time; I ordered exactly the same ginger tea with the meals, but the female boss refused to refill the water for my tea and she asked for me to buy a new one only! She's also very rude with no respect. The other table customers also found this is an unusual service and with a very bad attitude!! If you want to grow your business, please learn some respect by proving equal service! I wouldn't recommend this place because it is not worth to risk to receive no service but a very unpleasant attitude and she's racist. Plus the food puts way much sugar.

Vietnamese cuisine is different from the well-known typical Chinese, but it is also very good. In the restaurant one waits a little longer for food u. Drinks, as well as the communication is not always very clear. The kitchen is well busy even with an empty restaurant with telephone ordering (Lieferando). The quality and serving of the food is now much better than after the opening. That's why I give full marks! ;)

Pasta tasted good but the amount is a bit less than usual at the price. Next time I will try the Curry's!

Little and quiet family run restaurant. Good, delicious Vietnamese food, from fresh ingredients. Prices are also very good, and the is a takeaway option too.
